Our Admission

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Admission is open to students from ages 3 years to 16 years on first come first serve basis.
  2. Classes offered Nursery to Grade X (CBSE)
  3. Admission to Grade II and above is subject to availability.
  4. The parents are expected to register for admission by purchasing the admission form and submit the form to the office.
  5. If all other conditions are fulfilled, an age relevant eligibility test may be administered to test the child and ensure the teaching methodology to be employed for the overall progress of the child.
  6. If found eligible the parents are expected to pay the first installment of fees along with admission fees.
  7. All the relevant documents are to be submitted at the time of admission as follows:
    • Duly completed application/admission form.
    • Original/Xerox birth certificate
    • Original leaving certificate
    • Copy of aadhar card
    • Copy of caste certificate if applicable
    • Report card of previous school attended
    • Passport sized colour photographs :04

Registration Process

  1. Enquiry form is to be filled and obtain prospectus by registration.
  2. Date of personal interview or aptitude assessment / test will be intimated on submission of Registration Form.
  3. Admission to Grade II to Grade VIII will solely depend on availability of seats
  4. After confirmation, admission form to be filled in and signed by parent.
  5. Fee to be paid along with submission of admission form.

SCHOOL TERMS

The school draws inspiration from the very best in the field of education.The school has tied up with Edudynamix Educational Consultants to assist and advise them in the second phase of growth.
Terms 1: A typical school year begins in the first week of April for the teachers and the students join from the second week of April. Projects, evaluations, trips, activities comprise of the term 1.Term 1 ends with a summative assessment followed by a Diwali Vacation of two weeks.
Terms 2: Commences after the Diwali break interspersed with various cultural activities, and events. Christmas break is of one week and the School resumes in the first week of January. Annual summative assessment ends in the second week of April followed by results. The students have a summer vacation of five to six weeks.

Payment of fees

  1. Payment of fees has to be done in three instalments.
  2. Fees shall not be accepted at the office, the parents have to make the payments through the bank by filling in the challan/payment slip provided by the school.
